• Pioneer the integration of physical and digital experiences, using advanced tools and technology to shape future customer engagement
• Guide the roadmap as a Group Process Owner (GPO), leading process design within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Translate customer needs into innovative product features, driving continuous improvement with international service experts and IT teams

Who you are

• Hold a degree in business or computer science, demonstrating a strategic mindset with a passion for aligning customer-facing processes with organizational goals and market dynamics
• Globally minded, thriving in international and cross-functional teams while fostering collaboration and synergy
• Skilled at bridging technology and business processes, ensuring seamless communication and understanding
• An experienced project manager adept at navigating complex environments and balancing diverse stakeholder interests
• Bring expertise in service processes within the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging contact center integrations for optimization
