What you'll do
  • Define and lead the roadmap for your process stream, focusing on lead management and campaign processes at the interface of sales insalesforcewith digital marketing in HubSpot
  • Drive the design and optimization of customer-facing processes, ensuring seamless integration within oursalesforce platform (OneCRM)
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams of Business and IT colleagues to deliver impactful product features and steering mechanismsthrough major and continuous release cycles
  • Leverage your expertise in customer-facing processes to translate market requirements and innovative ideas into actionable product features
  • Use state-of-the-art technology and collaboration tools to connect physical and digital customer experiences, driving innovation in sales processes
