Global Process Manager (m/f/d)

How you will create an impact :

• Establishment and management of a virtual organization for the development of lean, harmonized processes across all business areas

• End-to-end process development and optimization, taking into account the different requirements of all business units

• Making operational and technical decisions to reduce complexity and ensure competitiveness

• Communicating complex content with empathy, motivating and empowering teams through positive interaction

• Leading and participating in negotiations, meetings, and conferences, as well as actively sharing knowledge internally

• Coordinating tasks in dynamic teams, managing process changes, and applying proven technical and problem-solving skills

What are we looking for :

• Degree in economics, engineering, computer science, or a comparable field

• 5–8 years of professional experience in process development, ideally in an international environment

• Experience in designing and optimizing end-to-end processes and in building virtual teams

• Strong communication and moderation skills, coupled with empathy and persuasiveness

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to develop creative solutions from known approaches

• Independent coordination of complex tasks in dynamic team structures
