A global specialty chemicals company is seeking a Global Process Expert to lead the improvement of business processes using SAP Signavio. The role involves analyzing processes, making data-driven recommendations, and ensuring alignment with company goals, all while working in an innovative and supportive environment.

As a Global Process Expert, your purpose is to lead the design, analysis, and continuous improvement of global business processes using SAP Signavio Process Mining. You will drive process transparency, standardization, and harmonization across regions, delivering data-driven insights that support compliant, efficient, and goal-aligned operations across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Use SAP Signavio Process Mining to analyze and optimize business processes.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, control gaps, compliance issues, and suggest remediation measures.
• Lead process mining initiatives by extracting, transforming, and visualizing process data, mainly from SAP.
• Create transparent end-to-end process views and maps.
• Develop process KPIs and monitoring frameworks.
• Track process performance and compliance continuously.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to convert insights into actionable process improvement recommendations.
• Ensure alignment with business goals.
• Integrate recommendations across functions to drive holistic, end-to-end process optimization.
• Promote global process standardization and harmonization.
• Identify and support adoption of best practices.
Requirements
• 5–7 years of experience in Process Improvements, Standardization & System implementation.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP Signavio while driving process improvement.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret process data and uncover improvement opportunities.
• Collaborative team player in global, cross-functional settings.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and passionate about process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) and Celonis experience is a plus.
• Strong collaborative approach with a focus on process excellence.
