Job Description:

The Global Portfolio Assistant - Sustainability (f/m/d) will serve as the contact person for countries regarding all questions related to the portfolio of the global business line – TÜV SÜD Akademie GmbH.

Responsibilities include supporting countries in using local, cross-regional, and global products; handling international inquiries; supporting successful product planning and go-to-market strategies; managing documentation of product-related documents; assisting the business line manager and team in data collection; and organizing meetings and events for the global business line.

Qualifications include a degree in a technical and/or economic field or a similar qualification, with ideally some experience in sustainability. Proficiency in English (minimum C1) and German (minimum B2), both written and spoken, is required. The candidate should have a customer-oriented approach, hands-on mentality, intercultural skills, be a team player and an excellent networker, with a structured working style, service-oriented personality, and a good understanding of key figures.
