What You Can Expect

Within our Global People & Culture unit, we lead the transformation in human resources, acting as strategic partners to support business evolution.

As a Global People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with stakeholders to influence workforce planning, aligning it with organizational strategies and translating business priorities into effective people initiatives.

1. Develop People strategies supporting business goals, understanding market trends, and ensuring HR initiatives align globally.
2. Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and development, including employer branding and employee value propositions.
3. Enhance leadership capabilities, succession planning, and employee development programs.
4. Identify training needs and facilitate learning opportunities for growth.
5. Support organizational change initiatives through effective communication and change management.
6. Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and strategy.

What You Offer

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Social Science.
• At least 5 years of HR experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and cultural awareness skills.
• Business curiosity and results-driven mindset.
• Fluency in German and English.
