We are looking for an experienced operations professional with a strong track record in On Board Courier logistics. If you have managed global OBC flows, led teams, and understand the complexity of time-critical shipments, we’d like to hear from you. Remote (Mexico or Europe)

At YourOBC , we operate globally, moving high-priority shipments with precision, speed, and reliability. As our Global OBC Operations Manager , you will be responsible for leading our operational structure across multiple time zones and continuously improving our service performance.

Your responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate our international OBC operations team (Europe, LATAM, Asia)
• Define and implement standards for operational quality, process efficiency, and courier handling
• Ensure consistent performance across regions and time zones
• Identify gaps and lead optimization projects in workflows, tools, and communication
• Collaborate closely with management and serve as escalation point for critical cases

Your profile

• 5+ years experience in OBC logistics or time-critical transportation
• Proven ability to lead international, remote teams
• In-depth knowledge of airline bookings, routing, customs, and courier management
• Strong decision-making skills under pressure and hands-on attitude
• Excellent communication in English (other languages are a plus)
