Job Responsibilities
- Development of NRM strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Optimize financial efficiency of Key Account Management via monitoring and control of price pass, margin pools, trade spend analysis, and control.
- Optimize sell-out by recommending new price positioning for brands considering mass margin & NES generation.
- Drive overall profitability through GAP analysis, customer trade spend analysis, and support in negotiations and preparations.
- Support internal know-how and decision-making by providing relevant tools & regular reporting of Sales, Nielsen, and pricing monitoring.
- Support sell-out at customers by optimizing assortment, working on category developments, and sell-out analysis in category management projects. Implement methodology & tools to track and recommend optimization of L6 spending across customers.
- Lead in-market core pricing analytics for priority brands and manage pricing guidelines.
- Manage Price Pass, ensure qualitative inputs, and oversee regular revisions & decision-making based on results.
- Implement & manage tools for consistent reporting and forecasting of sales & GP.
- Partner with Brand / Sales to develop brand / customer growth plans based on combined category analysis & NRM learnings.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Management with multi-channel experience, preferably in established FMCG companies.
- Understanding of various NRM analytics techniques (pack price curves, cross price elasticity, Net Revenue waterfall, promo ROI, cannibalization, NRM insights into actions, impact tracking, dashboards, etc.).
- Ability to review complex data, extract key insights, and translate into high-level summaries, storylines, and practical plans.
- Ability to comprehend complex modeling or AI techniques for discussion with experts; advanced Excel (Pivot, macros), Tableau, Power BI skills.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are beneficial.
