What you'll do
- Develop NRM strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Finance to optimize financial efficiency of Key Account Management via monitoring and control of price pass, margin pools, trade spend analysis, and control.
- Optimize sell-out by recommending new price positioning for brands, considering mass margin & NES generation.
- Drive overall profitability through GAP analysis, customer trade spend analysis, and support in negotiations and preparations.
- Support internal know-how and decision-making by providing relevant tools and regular reporting of Sales, Nielsen, and pricing monitoring.
- Support sell-out at customers by optimizing assortment, working on category development, and sell-out analysis in category management projects. Implement methodology and tools to track and optimize L6 spending across customers.
- Lead in-market core pricing analytics for priority brands and manage pricing guidelines.
- Manage Price Pass, ensure qualitative inputs, and oversee regular revisions and decision-making based on results.
- Implement and manage tools for consistent reporting and forecasting of sales and GP.
- Partner with Brand and Sales teams to develop brand and customer growth plans based on category analysis and NRM insights.
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Management, preferably in established FMCG companies with multi-channel experience.
- Understanding of NRM analytics techniques (pack price curves, cross-price elasticity, Net Revenue waterfall, promo ROI, cannibalization, insights into actions, dashboards, etc.).
- Ability to analyze complex data, extract key insights, and translate them into executive summaries, storylines, and practical plans.
- Ability to understand complex modeling or AI techniques; proficiency in Excel (Pivot, macros), Tableau, Power BI.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are beneficial.
