Jobbeschreibung

Your Tasks
  • Strategic lead when it comes to the Medical CRM (IQMED) and its implementation (all IQMED related business steering)
  • Drive setup and adoption of IQMED according to the global Precision Detailing approach and lead when it comes to change management, starting from defining new ways of working to establish KPIs to rolling out training concepts (the latter in partnership with data analyst/ training manager).
  • Responsible as the main contact for the CRM system to regions, countries and the IT project team
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders (Global Medical Management, IT team, regions and countries) to drive system improvement and growth globally, incl.
    • Coordination, prioritization and management of global IQMED change requests
    • Coordination of testing of new releases and patches and support the technical meetings and represent the global business within the Medical CRM project (SCRUM) team
    • Global report and dashboard definition and creation in IQMED/ PowerBI (in collaboration with data analyst)
    • Documentation of business processes in IQMED and regular communication to countries
    • Creation of IQMED user training material and conducting training sessions
  • Administration and support of back office IQMED, incl.: Loading of mass data changes and updates (ratings, territories, call plans), Account Data management, Territory allocation, Management of CLM content, Manage products/indications, Manage ratings definitions, Manage call plans for countries, Mass transfer of records, Manage holiday/Time-off-territory definitions
  • Collaboration with the Training manager to steer adoption and best practice, and lead the key user program
  • Collaboration with the Digital Activation Manager to drive efficiencies with IQMED Marketing campaigns
  • Data protection and legal touchpoint regarding the Medical CRM system and its surroundings
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory guidelines related to omni-channel in a healthcare environment
Your Profile
  • 3-5 years of experience in the medical data intelligence and administration of CRM systems.
  • Driven and passionate about data metrics, medical digitalization and CRM.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Good understanding of medical ways of working and the recommendation business.
  • Ability to transform complex and abstract data into comprehensible and actionable insights.
  • Very good presentation and communication skills towards internal and external stakeholders in technical and business environments, incl cross-cultural teams.
  • Expertise in PowerBI and Excel is essential, Salesforce incl. SQL and market data (e.g. IQVIA) beneficial.
  • Fluent English is a must, further languages are of advantage.
  • Team player with international mindset and strong belief in diversity and inclusion.
  • Persuasive and driven when it comes to stakeholder management.
