Our client is a globally recognized company specializing in functional home organization products. With a strong presence across Asia, North America, Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa, they are actively expanding their market reach.

To accelerate their growth in the European and international markets, they are seeking a Marketing Specialist (m/w/d) who will take ownership of their E-commerce operations and digital marketing strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute online sales initiatives, optimize digital advertising, and contribute to the global marketing vision in a fast-growing international environment.

E-commerce Operations & Sales Growth

  1. Manage and optimize online sales platforms (company website, e-commerce platforms, etc.)
  2. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales KPIs
  3. Enhance SEO and content marketing for improved visibility and conversion rates

Digital Advertising Strategy (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

  1. Plan, manage, and optimize paid search and social media ad campaigns
  2. Track and analyze CTR, CVR, ROAS, and other performance metrics
  3. Implement A/B testing and audience targeting to maximize ROI

Brand Marketing & Promotional Campaigns

  1. Execute social media marketing strategies (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  2. Develop influencer collaborations and PR campaigns
  3. Plan and coordinate offline marketing activities such as trade shows and pop-up events

Data Analysis & Performance Optimization

  1. Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other analytical tools to monitor sales and campaign performance
  2. Generate reports and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in e-commerce operations with full responsibility for achieving sales targets OR hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign management
  2. Strong analytical skills and ability to drive marketing strategies based on data insights
  3. Experience in KPI management, with a focus on digital advertising performance and online sales growth
  4. A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and strategy development
  5. Passionate about global markets and expanding a brand’s presence internationally
  6. Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese is required
  7. Proficiency in another European language (German, French, etc.) is a plus
