Job DescriptionThe Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs a Global Marketing Operations Manager (m/f/*), you will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Your impact will include:
- Developing the global customer/channel education strategy for the division.
- Designing scalable customer/channel education programs based on the strategy.
- Implementing these programs in partnership with area teams, ensuring timely and complete delivery.
- Working with teams to set training objectives, identify target partners, develop learning plans, create promotional plans, develop content, enhance the training platform, determine incentives, and measure program effectiveness.
- Partnering with key stakeholders and monitoring industry landscapes for inspiration.
- Managing the division’s customer/channel training platform with subject matter experts.
- Supporting marketing planning and activation processes.
- Deploying marketing strategies and operational models.
- Leading global marketing meetings and maintaining internal sites and programs.
- Supporting end-to-end marketing program development, deployment, and optimization.
Your Skills and ExpertiseMinimum qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or business.
- Fundamental marketing experience in B2B environments.
Additional qualifications that are advantageous include:
- MBA or master’s in marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
Work Location: On-site 4 days a week.
Travel: Up to 10% (domestic/international).
