A leading company in infection prevention seeks a Global Marketing Manager to shape their consumer healthcare strategy. This is a newly created role, and we are seeking a purpose-driven Global Marketing Manager to shape and elevate our consumer healthcare strategy on a global scale.
As Global Marketing Manager OTC (m / w / d) you will lead the global marketing strategy, innovation roadmap, and commercial growth plans for our wound care brands sold in retail and pharmacy channels. You will own the end-to-end brand building process, working across cross-functional teams to translate consumer and healthcare professional insights into impactful marketing strategies and product innovations.
This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and cross-market execution. You will act as the global category lead, partnering with local markets, sales, R&D, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to deliver growth in a regulated yet competitive environment.
