About The Role:

We are seeking a motivated Global Marketing and Brand Manager with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. This role focuses on shaping our brand voice and internal/external communications, emphasizing our company's vibe and energy. You will foster employee engagement across our remote global workforce, enhance internal communications, and support relationships with external game development studios. You will create dynamic content, including social media posts, videos, and digital experiences, utilizing AI tools to boost creativity and efficiency from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement employee engagement initiatives to connect and inspire our diverse, global, and remote workforce.
  2. Create and manage engaging social media content across platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram, integrating AI tools into your workflow.
  3. Produce high-quality video content for internal storytelling, company updates, and external branding, using traditional and AI-based platforms, collaborating with the Product Marketing team for AI video support.
  4. Manage and oversee all digital assets, including the website, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  5. Develop and prepare branded digital content for various platforms, including updates for the company website and other communication materials.
  6. Coordinate internal communication campaigns, like the monthly employee newsletter and regular updates, ensuring consistency and clarity.
  7. Support employer branding efforts through content creation aimed at attracting talent across Europe.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Internal Communication, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute communication plans and content.
  • Hands-on experience managing and creating content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Expertise in video content creation, including shooting, sourcing, editing, and production for digital channels.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, including generative text, image generation, and AI video capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and visuals.
  • Experience working with remote teams and using asynchronous communication methods.
