Job Description:

As experts in digestive and metabolic medicine and a family-owned business with a global presence, we focus on developing and marketing innovative medicines for gastrointestinal disorders like inflammatory bowel disease or eosinophilic esophagitis, as well as hepatobiliary disorders such as primary biliary cholangitis. Our goal is to improve therapeutic practices and patient health and well-being. We believe progress in medicine is achieved through collaboration. We are seeking:

• Market Access Strategy: Develop and implement global strategies for the assigned therapeutic area, aligned with business goals.
• Lead Product Pricing: Oversee pricing strategies, including development and operational implementation.
• Payer Evidence Generation: Lead planning for health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) to support product value propositions.
• In-licensing Support: Provide insights and support for market access and reimbursement of new drugs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams and country offices on access and reimbursement strategies.

Qualifications include:

• Advanced degree in life sciences or business/health economics
• 3-5 years in the pharmaceutical industry with experience in regional or global access functions
• Strong analytical skills, including clinical trial design and HEOR
• Deep understanding of global reimbursement systems
• Ability to work across cultures and manage teams without formal authority
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Fluent in English; German proficiency preferred; knowledge of other European languages a plus
