Your tasks
Market Access Strategy: Develop and implement global market access strategies for the assigned therapeutic area, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Lead Product Pricing: Oversee pricing strategies for therapeutic areas, including both strategic development and operational price implementation.
Payer Evidence Generation: Lead the payer evidence generation planning, including health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) to support the value proposition of pipeline products.
In-licensing Support: Provide market access insights and support for the in-licensing of new drugs, ensuring they meet market access and reimbursement requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and country teams to develop and implement access and reimbursement strategies.
Your qualification
Educational Background: (Advanced) university degree in life sciences or business/health economics.
Professional Experience: At least 3-5 years in the pharmaceutical industry (Rx landscape), with a proven track record in regional or global access functions.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, including experience in clinical trial design and Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR).
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of global reimbursement systems.
Cultural Competence: Ability to work and communicate effectively across multiple cultures and manage teams without formal authority.
Self-Motivation: High degree of independence and a demonstrated can-do attitude.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is preferred; knowledge of other major European language a plus.
