Walker Cole International is partnering with a global pharmaceutical company to appoint a Global Market Access Director. The Global Market Access Director will be based in Germany on a hybrid basis and will focus on the market access planning of a range of speciality innovative medicines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development and delivery of Market Access strategy.
2. Develop robust value propositions and ensure pricing reflects the full value of product innovation.
3. Build strong payer relationships and communication pathways to optimize access and reimbursement from key markets.
4. Deliver effective executive communication to external and internal stakeholders.
5. Assist in the preparation of reimbursement strategies in key countries.
