What you'll do

  • Lead development, execution, and deployment of the future Henkel Consumer Brand’s Content Strategy.
  • Shape recommendations for the future creative operating model and system to significantly increase creative effectiveness.
  • Shape the overall Marketing Transformation, especially the Content transformation (including transformation plan, target picture, and priorities).
  • Design the content operating model.
  • Define future production processes and brand governance.
  • Responsible for orchestrating complex and technical workstreams across cross-functional teams on key topics related to Content Strategy.
  • Enable user audiences and business owners to run more effective and efficient operations along key marketing objectives/media processes.
  • Provide strategic advice on topics related to the marketing transformation process.

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy and transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in content creation processes managing creative projects from ideation to execution, preferably in a global or regional context.
  • Strong content affinity, with a deep understanding of creative operating models and systems.
  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of GenAI and content-related technologies.
  • Fluent English skills.
