Overview
As part of our supply chain team, you'll optimize global processes in Order Fulfillment, Trade Compliance and Transport Management.
Your Role – International, Strategic, Forward-Thinking :
- You will take on global responsibility for the design, implementation, and optimization of processes and service levels in the areas of Order Fulfillment, Trade Compliance and Transport Management.
- In your role you will build and lead an international network of managers and subject matter experts (SMEs) for Trade Compliance across all local units in a matrix structure.
- In addition, you will develop and manage global standards, guidelines, and methods for local export and import operations across our sites – ensuring compliance and supply chain efficiency – while serving as the internal key contact for related core systems and business processes.
- You will define and lead the governance framework for a global 24/5 follow-the-sun order fulfillment service – driving excellence by KPIs, impactful process audits and engaging training programs.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- You already have several years of experience in international supply chain management, especially in order fulfillment, customs/export control, or transport logistics.
- With your in-depth knowledge of trade compliance and international trade regulations you enrich the SCM team.
- You excel when you bring proven experience in matrix leadership of international teams, manage global processes, and collaborate with global stakeholders. You are highly service-oriented.
- You are willing to travel internationally, around 20%.
- You are naturally communicative and you communicate confidently and appropriately in English (C1); German is a plus.
