As the Lifecycle Director - Autoimmunity, you will manage the EliA product portfolio, ensuring value delivery, business growth, and product success. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Marketing, you will oversee product lifecycle management, develop global marketing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

A Day in the Life:

1. Develop portfolio strategies, including new product development and market expansion.
2. Lead the lifecycle team to execute strategies and marketing plans.
3. Collaborate across teams to align strategies with business goals.
4. Support decisions with market insights and financial analysis.
5. Monitor clinical and market developments to inform the portfolio roadmap.
6. Coordinate lifecycle activities to maximize impact.

Keys to Success:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred.

Experience:

• Multiple years in marketing, with leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare sectors like diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
