Global Leadership Career Opportunity

Are you ready to fast-track your career toward international senior management?

SANY is looking for high-potential leaders to join its Global Leadership Reserve Program.

Initial assignment: 12–18 months in Guangzhou, China (immersive leadership training and exposure).

Long-term career: Senior leadership roles across Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa, or the Americas.

This program offers a unique chance to gain first-hand experience in one of the world’s leading construction equipment enterprises, working directly with global management teams and preparing for key leadership positions.

Work Location

  • Initial Assignment: Guangzhou, China (12–18 months)
  • Long-Term Development: Depending on global business needs, successful candidates will be assigned to SANY's overseas business divisions (Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa, Americas, etc.) in senior management roles.

Program Purpose

This program aims to identify and develop high-potential international senior managers as future leaders of SANY’s overseas business. Selected candidates will undergo an immersive initial phase at SANY's Global Headquarters in Guangzhou, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operational models and management practices. This will prepare them for future leadership positions such as General Manager or Country Director overseas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead teams to execute business strategies, drive market share and profitability, and be accountable for business outcomes.
  • Establish and optimize localized operational systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Represent SANY Group in maintaining strategic relationships with clients, partners, and government agencies.
  • Lead and empower multicultural teams to build a high-performance organization.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields. An MBA or related Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years’ experience in mid-to-senior management roles within large multinational corporations or industry leaders. Proven track record in at least one of the following: finance, sales, operations, or overall management.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise operations, process optimization, team leadership, or P&L management.
  • International work or project experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
  • Strong global perspective, adaptability in cross-cultural environments, and demonstrated leadership skills.
