What you’ll do?

As ourLead Developer, you'll drive the design, development, and delivery of internal tools, automations, dashboards, and SharePoint-based platforms. You’ll lead a small, agile team and work closely with stakeholders across the business.

We are also seeking someone who is willing to take initiative and contribute across various areas, whether it involves ensuring compliance, addressing hardware issues, or resolving operational bottlenecks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the architecture, development, and lifecycle management of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint Online solutions.
  • Ensure secure, compliant environments for collaboration, document control, and quality management, aligned with regulatory standards such as 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA++, GDPR, NIS2, and EMA.
  • Provide oversight on compliance and security for all internal systems and platforms.
  • Support hardware troubleshooting (e.g., laptops, devices) when necessary, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, compliance) to transform requirements into scalable, efficient solutions.
  • Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Continuously explore new features within Microsoft 365 to enhance system capabilities and compliance.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading development with Power Platform and SharePoint in regulated environments.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, including 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA++, GDPR, NIS2, and EMA.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dataverse.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues as part of a dynamic team.
  • Highly adaptable with a creative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) practices is a plus.
  • Advanced English Level
