Job Description
- As part of the Bosch Service Solutions IT Organization, you will be responsible for breaking up specific Business requests into work packages and assigning them to the members of the virtual global IT infrastructure team.
- Act as a single point of contact for any resource requirements from the global IT-Infrastructure team.
- Ensure close collaboration with IT Engineers, IT Service Owners, and Technical Team Leads. Provide staffing proposals and suitable profiles to requestors.
- Provide regular reports on project status and resource utilization to IT management.
- Consolidate demands from internal and external projects into a worldwide resource and capacity IT solution.
- Plan, schedule, organize, and implement critical infrastructure and network-related projects across Bosch's global data centers in EU, UK, APAC, and AMER regions.
- Manage various IT infrastructure projects, including deploying security tools for audits.
- Be accountable for project delivery, operational performance, and quality standards.
- Reserve capacities for projects and initiatives, building an optimal resource pool for future needs.
- Manage IT infrastructure-related projects using project management best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement activities and verify the plausibility of master planning for consistency and quality.
- Coordinate overlapping demands with other capacity managers.
- Maintain and develop the resource and capacity planning IT solutions.
Qualifications
- University degree in business informatics, business engineering, engineering, or similar, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent knowledge of capacity management and resource allocation.
- 5+ years of experience leading and coaching teams in Agile environments.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and orchestration skills.
- Broad technical understanding of IT Infrastructure and Applications.
- ITIL Certification in IT Service Management is required.
- Experience with Jira and Atlassian plugins is required.
- Excellent communication skills and intercultural experience.
