• Implementation and governance of our global job structure
• Development and roll out of global position management
• Definition and implementation of a global process for organizational design in Workday
• Framework development and roll of job profiles globally
• Further development of the organizational structure based on business requirements
• Sparring partner for global leaders regarding organizational development
• Consulting in Merger & Acquisition activities for organizational integration
• Member and driver in different cross functional global HR Projects
• You have a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or a
• You have several years of experience in Organization Design in an international context
• You are strong in process and project management
• You love working with different people and are open for various perspectives and ideas
• You have strong intercultural and communication skills on all levels
• You have a “hands-on mentality” and are solution-orientated
• You are fluent in English
• You have ideally Workday Knowledge & Experience
