TecAlliance is seeking a P&O Specialist Compliance & Processes to establish HR policies ensuring compliance and operational excellence. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and managing compliance risks while driving a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge in labor law and HR compliance and be fluent in both German and English.

P&O at TecAlliance means 25+ global colleagues across HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Reception, and our Operations Experts, known as PSP.
As our People & Organization (P&O) team continues to grow, we are introducing a key role that will strengthen our global HR foundation and drive operational excellence.
This role is designed to establish, align, and implement global HR policies and processes that ensure transparency, efficiency, and full compliance with both internal standards and external regulations. It plays a critical part in identifying and closing compliance gaps, particularly in areas related to labor law, corporate compliance, and ISO standards.
By shifting the organization from ad hoc decision-making to structured, fair, and consistent practices, this role supports a culture of accountability, audit readiness, and continuous improvement. Acting as a trusted HR expert and consultant to the business, this position ensures that policies and processes are not only compliant but also practical, scalable, and aligned with the needs of a dynamic global organization.

Compensation package : 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.

Hybrid or Remote within Germany (Cologne Office preferred)
