Global HR Change Management Consultant (m/f/d)* - 12 month fixed-term contract

We are looking for a candidate to join our Global HR Change Management team as a Change Management Consultant for 12 months. You will work with the team to implement our new, human resources change practice within Global Human Resources (HR).

You will help deliver the change management plans for projects related to the people strategy and the digitalisation of HR, developing practices that help the organisation push boundaries. The role will have a strong focus on HR's digitisation project portfolio.

Support a human-centred and data-driven approach to change management to address the human factors that impact the organisation's ability to achieve its strategic goals by identifying and analysing change processes along with understanding our state, important partners and risks.

Work with the change management team, project managers, HR technology and other departments to align change with our strategy and help them get from where they are today to where they need to be in the future.

Your Job

  • Support and work on the development and implementation of comprehensive change management plans to support strategic projects within HR's digitalisation journey
  • Develop modern, project-based communications for business leaders and employees
  • Support Senior Change Management Consultants for assigned projects, including workshop preparation and execution
  • Support the HR digitisation strategy using data-driven tools to assess the impact of change in the organisation

Your Profile

  • At least five (5) years of relevant and proven experience in change management projects (communication, enablement, measurement, impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, change agent networks) or consulting experience related to HR digitization and organizational transformation.
  • Proven experience leading change initiatives and workstreams within complex, global project environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage change agent networks to drive local engagement and adoption
  • Experience with HR IT system implementations (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) and their impact on business processes.
  • Basic understanding of compensation and time management processes, ideally across multiple countries or regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and operate effectively in rapidly changing environments.
  • Able to see the big picture and have strong attention to detail.
  • Well organised and structured in strategic thinking, project execution and workload prioritisation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and storytelling skills in English and additional languages (e.g., German) are a plus.
  • Ability to work in agile and hybrid project methodologies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
