About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to shape and lead the global product strategy within the IVD Point-of-Care market, covering both the existing product portfolio and future innovations through development and/or acquisition. You will head an experienced Global Product Management team across Europe and the USA, with a strong emphasis on fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

While this permanent position offers flexibility in terms of location, regular travel to the UK and US is required. The position reports directly to the CEO and is supported by the Senior Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a global product portfolio strategy aligned with the company's mid- to long-term goals
• Continuously assess market needs and trends, including emerging technologies, competitor activity, and evolving regulatory requirements
• Guide and support the Product Management, Development, and Marketing teams with relevant market insights to drive innovation
• Lead product development and launch processes through effective stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
• Collaborate with R&D to define and maintain technology roadmaps across the full product portfolio
• Establish and manage market-specific pricing strategies in coordination with the Sales organization
• Define KPIs to monitor and optimize the performance of the Product Management team
• Develop a comprehensive after-sales support strategy, including service philosophy, spare parts lists, recommended test equipment, and maintenance programs

Candidate Profile & Essential Requirements:

• Proven working experience in a senior global Product Management leadership role
• Previous experience working in Product Management within IVD, medical devices, or life sciences, ideally in Point-of-Care diagnostics
• In-depth understanding of global diagnostic markets and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, IVDR)
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); German language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally (at least 40% of the time)
• Strong strategic mindset and analytical skills, combined with a hands-on, results-driven approach
