Tasks
- Lead all finance functions across the global t:m Group
- Ensure transparency through financial reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS, HGB, and local GAAP
- Ensure full tax compliance and timely reporting (e.g. VAT, withholding tax)
- Drive continuous improvement and scalability of finance processes and systems
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and corporate governance standards
- Oversee accounting operations, treasury, and resolution of complex issues
- Act as primary contact for auditors, tax advisors, and shareholder finance
- Lead, develop, and empower an international, cross-functional finance team

Requirements
- Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or with similar qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience, including leadership in finance or controlling preferable
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, HGB, tax compliance, and governance
- Proven strategic thinking and business partnering skills
- Proficiency with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI)
- Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus
- High intercultural competence and ability to lead in a matrix organization
- Willingness to travel internationally
