Challenges awaiting you:

• Lead the team of business line controllers and report directly to the CFO of Heraeus Covantics. Additionally, serve as a Finance Business Partner and be part of the global management team of the Business Line Base Material.
• As "Global Head of Business Controlling," be responsible for global sales controlling across all five business lines and the global business line P&Ls across Europe, USA, and Asia.
• Drive global budget planning, forecasting, consolidation, and analysis of current performance.
• Focus on growth and profitability, evaluate deviations and trends, create insights, and develop recommendations for actions and countermeasures.
• Be responsible for the financial evaluation of strategic options and major investment projects.
• Ensure data quality and optimize international controlling processes.

Your Profile:

• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a related field with a focus on finance and controlling.
• Several years of professional and managerial experience in business controlling within the global manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in MS Office, BI/AO, HANA applications, and knowledgeable in SAP.
• Fluent in Business English.
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, and high achiever.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
