Qualifikationen

  • Collaborate on root cause analysis and the development of corrective and preventive action plans
  • Analyze trends and quality metrics to identify recurring issues
  • Prepare and share Lessons Learned from quality events
  • Manage the Quality Management System for the relevant Global Function
  • Work on continuous improvement of the Global QMS
  • Support strategic projects and quality initiatives
  • Provide technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching
  • Promote global quality awareness initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of quality and implement best practices
  • Engage in on-site visits globally to ensure alignment and share best practices

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Significant experience in technical roles, preferably within a large, multi-location business
  • Knowledge of QMS processes; ISO 9001 preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience preferred
  • Familiarity with quality tools (Kaizen, 5S, FMEA, RCA, Control Plans, IPPAP, etc.)
  • Ability to handle technically complex problems
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as part of project and audit work
