Your Responsibilities

This position can be filled in any country within the EMEA region where our company is present.

  • Support the development and execution of the ERM framework, policies, and procedures to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks across the organization
  • Support the continuous improvement of the risk management framework, including policies, procedures, trainings, and risk metrics
  • Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of ERM systems and digital tools
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks across the enterprise, including operational, financial, regulatory, strategic, emerging, and reputational risks
  • Lead the coordination of enterprise-wide risk assessments, working closely with business units and regions
  • Apply comprehensive risk monitoring, including KRIs and dashboards
  • Ensure timely escalation of significant risk issues to senior management
  • Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and other functions for a cohesive risk management approach
  • Work with business units and corporate functions to implement risk mitigation strategies
  • Oversee internal controls to ensure alignment with risk appetite and regulatory requirements
  • Drive risk mitigation plans and monitor their effectiveness
  • Stay current with emerging risks, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Ensure compliance of the risk management framework with laws and standards
  • Contribute to risk-related projects and perform other duties as assigned
Your qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise risk management
  • Experience managing risks in large organizations
  • Industry certifications like CRM, FRM are desirable
  • Experience in healthcare or related industries is preferred
  • Experience working in multinational organizations and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in risk management tools and GRC platforms is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters and work under pressure
