Your Responsibilities
This position can be filled in any country within the EMEA region where our company is present.
- Support the development and execution of the ERM framework, policies, and procedures to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks across the organization
- Support the continuous improvement of the risk management framework, including policies, procedures, trainings, and risk metrics
- Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of ERM systems and digital tools
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks across the enterprise, including operational, financial, regulatory, strategic, emerging, and reputational risks
- Lead the coordination of enterprise-wide risk assessments, working closely with business units and regions
- Apply comprehensive risk monitoring, including KRIs and dashboards
- Ensure timely escalation of significant risk issues to senior management
- Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and other functions for a cohesive risk management approach
- Work with business units and corporate functions to implement risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee internal controls to ensure alignment with risk appetite and regulatory requirements
- Drive risk mitigation plans and monitor their effectiveness
- Stay current with emerging risks, regulations, and industry best practices
- Ensure compliance of the risk management framework with laws and standards
- Contribute to risk-related projects and perform other duties as assigned
Your qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise risk management
- Experience managing risks in large organizations
- Industry certifications like CRM, FRM are desirable
- Experience in healthcare or related industries is preferred
- Experience working in multinational organizations and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in risk management tools and GRC platforms is an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters and work under pressure
