Zusammenfassung

DSJ Global is seeking a Global Engineering Manager for their Food & Beverage operations in Europe. The role oversees a €50M CAPEX program, reports to the Director of Engineering, and sits in the Global Engineering division. On-site with CEO visits every two weeks.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in engineering, dairy/UHT experience, and a strong mix of technical and business acumen. Travel/relocation may be required.

Qualifikationen

• End-to-end project lifecycle experience from concept to execution.
• Process expertise preferred over packaging.
• Proven track record in capital expenditure projects €10-40M.
• UHT experience and/or dairy manufacturing background preferred.
• Strong technical and business acumen.
• Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience.

They are a leading global Food & Beverage manufacturing organisation looking for their next Global Engineering Manager. They have seen significant growth across their dairy operations and would like to welcome an engineer with dairy/UHT experience.

This site is the most important they have in Europe as it supplies the German, Nordic & UK market, you will also be exposed to senior leadership as the Director of Engineering and CEO are physically on-site every two weeks.

The Role

You will be overseeing a €50M multi-year CAPEX project from concept through to execution, managing a team of three, reporting into the Director of Engineering and part of the Global Engineering division.

Requirements

• End-to-end project lifecycle experience, managing projects from concept to execution with precision and efficiency
• Process-related experience is heavily considered for this role in comparison to packaging
• Proven track record in overseeing capital expenditure projects ranging between €10-40M.
• UHT experience and/or dairy manufacturing background is preferred
• Combination of technical expertise and strong business acumen
• Engineering degree is necessary for this role
• Minimum 7 years of experience is required to be considered
