Job Description:

In this exciting role, you will closely collaborate with global business units, the broader Talent Management community, Communications & Brand, DEI, and TA teams across the globe, while also partnering with industry-leading external agencies. Prioritizing reaching our ambitious EB objectives as well as addressing ad hoc stakeholder requests, you'll apply creativity and a data-driven approach to continuously test, learn, and implement improvements.

YOUR JOB

  1. Lead the ongoing activation of our comprehensive employer branding strategy, positioning Munich Re as a preferred employer on a global scale throughout the entire candidate journey.
  2. Drive anchoring of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) both internally and externally, ensuring strong ties to organizational objectives and in response to changing market conditions.
  3. As part of the HR social media strategy team, ensure EB campaign objectives are met and further developed.
  4. Shape the introduction of an authentic employee advocacy program to enhance employee engagement and promote an inspiring employer brand.
  5. Provide guidance and support to regional teams in executing regional employer branding initiatives while ensuring alignment with global branding guidelines.
  6. Support regional Employer Branding efforts at our headquarters in Munich and throughout the DACH region.
  7. Lead cross-regional project teams tasked to define global EB positioning both online and offline.
  8. Build and maintain strong partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and industry organizations to stay updated on best practices and trends in employer branding.
  9. Lead global EB research initiatives and surveys to gain insights into candidate sentiment, perceptions, and preferences, and use findings to inform employer branding strategies.
  10. Further develop and maintain a robust and holistic framework for tracking and analyzing key Talent Attraction metrics and KPIs.
  11. Extensive work experience gained in a similar Employer Branding capacity within a multinational organization or international agency setting.
  12. A deep understanding and proven track record in driving Employer Branding efforts holistically and cross-regionally.
  13. Strong project management skills and experience in global EB framework design and concept activation (EVP activation, Career website design, Social Media strategy, EB Campaign concepts, toolkit design etc.).
  14. Experienced in steering external agencies as well as complex stakeholder groups.
  15. Analytical and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research, analyze data and make informed recommendations.
  16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build momentum and thrive in inter-cultural teams.
  17. A passion for compelling storytelling and engagement concepts.
  18. Business fluency in German and English (minimum C1 level in both languages).
