As we continue to expand our global footprint, we seek a dynamic and experienced Global E-commerce and Digital Manager to drive the online presence and digital growth of the Octenisept brand.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d) within our Strategic Business Unit OTC to lead the global digital growth of our Octenisept brand. In this role, you will shape the e-commerce strategy, drive digital marketing initiatives and optimize online performance across key markets and platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • E-commerce Strategy Development:
    • Define and implement a global e-commerce strategy tailored to the Octenisept brand, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Identify growth opportunities in online channels, including partnerships with e-retailers such as Amazon and online pharmacy retailers, as well as the development of direct-to-consumer platforms.
  • Digital Marketing and Content Management:
    • Collaborate with Global and Local marketing teams to create and optimize digital content that enhances user experience and drives conversions across platforms like TikTok, Google, and Meta.
    • Manage digital campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Online Sales and Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
    • Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay abreast of market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, medical and regulatory teams, to ensure cohesive and effective e-commerce operations.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, such as digital agencies and e-commerce platforms.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business goals.
    • Monitor ROI on digital initiatives and adjust spending as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably within the consumer healthcare or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce strategies that drive sales and enhance brand presence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience managing campaigns on social media platforms such as TikTok, Google, and Meta.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (DE, PL) are a plus.
