Your Role

Are you passionate about creating marketing campaigns that inspire and deliver measurable results? Do you excel at generating demand and optimizing the customer journey? If so, we're looking for a Global Demand Generation Manager who will design and execute strategies to drive lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue growth. You will leverage your expertise in demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), performance tracking, and campaign execution to implement impactful marketing initiatives that meet ambitious goals.

  • Account-Based Marketing Strategy: Design and execute targeted ABM strategies aligned with company goals. Identify high-value accounts, segment them strategically, and develop personalized marketing campaigns to engage and convert key decision-makers.
  • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and implement end-to-end demand generation strategies across multiple channels including email, paid media, SEO, and webinars to attract, engage, and convert prospects. Manage pipelines of MQLs and SQLs to meet revenue targets.
  • Campaign Execution and Optimization: Lead the execution of integrated campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring alignment across channels. Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact assets.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track campaign performance using analytics tools, measure KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and optimize campaigns based on data insights. Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with product management, customer success, and sales teams to ensure seamless go-to-market initiatives. Support events with demand generation strategies, outreach, and lead tracking.
Your Skills
  • Experience: 4+ years in demand generation, ABM, or related marketing roles with a proven track record of driving revenue and pipeline growth.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in renewable energy, graduate degrees, or professional experience in tech startups is a plus.
  • Know-how: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and digital marketing tools. Familiarity with Google Analytics, 6sense, Terminus, or other ABM platforms.
  • Working Style: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategies. Experience working collaboratively across teams.
  • Personality: Motivated to contribute, with an understanding that helping the team succeed benefits everyone.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
