About the team:

TDI / End User Computing: Onsite Services / dbPremier

dbPremier is the global IT team at Deutsche Bank responsible for the technical support of our VIPs. Operating from Frankfurt, we are seeking an innovative lead for the dbPremier team. You will coordinate and deliver ongoing service transformation, working closely with colleagues in London, New York, and Singapore. The focus is on providing a world-class user experience while complying with global regulatory and information security requirements.

Role description:
  • The lead role for dbPremier is a key position within End User Computing, responsible for delivering transformation while maintaining stability and excellent service.
  • Own the VIP persona for Deutsche Bank, representing the business to other technology groups, and understand the technical demands of our VIPs.
  • End-to-end ownership of your team's workload, including organizing coverage, acting as the central interface between EUC management, vendors, and VIP end users.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the end user IT infrastructure and devices, and the availability of VIP hotlines/helpdesk.
  • Responsible for documenting and reporting VIP IT support activities, managing end user communications, and ensuring compliance with IT support processes.
Technical requirements:
  • University or Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Extensive technical knowledge and experience in end user applications (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android, etc.).
  • Several years of experience in IT product and project management (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/SCRUM).
  • Experience in IT service management (ITIL v3) and managing IT organizations (COBIT).
  • Strong understanding of incident and request management, with experience in international teams.
  • Excellent German and English language skills (C2 or native level).
Personal requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, confident in engaging with senior management and public figures.
  • Ability to work independently, analyze incidents, and resolve problems effectively.
