• Generating and describing new features, and integrating them into existing processes for recording customer demands concerning switchgears and switching devices.
• Handling customer demands for switchgear and switching devices during the warranty period, in collaboration with our global teams.
• Analyzing customer complaints and implementing improvements with teams of quality management, development, operations, and PLM.
• Collaborating with customers and regional teams to improve products, warranty services, and processes.
• Understanding customer requirements for sensors and our IoT portfolio, and developing solutions with our global team.

Your success is grounded in

• Extensive experience in low-voltage and medium-voltage systems, familiar with regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in IT, SAP, and BI platforms like Power BI.
• Familiarity with cloud-based applications, AWS, and MS Office.
