How you’ll make an impact

• You will be responsible for generating and describing new features and integrating them into existing processes to record customer demands for switchgear and switching devices in our global network.
• You will work with our global teams to handle customer demands for switchgear and switching devices during the warranty period.
• You will analyze customer complaints and implement sustainable improvements in products and processes alongside teams of quality management, development, operations, and PLM.
• You will collaborate with customers and regional teams to enhance our products, warranty services, and processes.
• You will understand customer requirements for sensors and our IoT portfolio, developing solutions with our global team.

Your success is grounded in

• Many years of experience in low-voltage and medium-voltage systems, familiar with relevant regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in IT, with knowledge of SAP and BI platforms such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with cloud-based applications, AWS, and MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills, self-commitment, decision-making abilities, and an innovative, effective, and cooperative working style.
• A university degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, or a related field.
• Excellent German and English language skills, complemented by a structured and comprehensive thinking approach.
