Ready to actively shape the future global CRM system for the entire Liebherr Group from beginning to implementation? We are looking for you as Global CRM Solution Architect for this unique opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Definition of a clear vision for the CRM ecosystem in terms of technology and architecture
• Verification and preparation of requirements and development of development-related solution concepts with a focus on CRM
• Documentation of the system architecture for the global CRM system
• Technical guidance for product owners
• Close collaboration and coordination in a cross-functional team from business and IT
• Ensuring smooth integration of the CRM tool into the LH system landscape with regard to interfaces, as well as technology and security standards

Minimum Requirements:

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable degree program or comparable qualifications
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Comprehensive technical expertise in the area of Business Solutions, in particular CRM, as well as in the design of architectures
• Knowledge and experience in the field of requirements engineering, ideally in an agile environment
• High customer and service orientation as well as enthusiasm for digitalization, new technologies and process design
• Very good knowledge of CRM and BI solutions
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
