Join our dynamic global ESG department as a Global Corporate Citizenship Manager! Our internal Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) team plays a key role in Simon-Kucher's commitment to social and environmental goals that go beyond profit maximization, building relationships with internal teams and external entities. How you will create an impact:

  1. You will manage and coordinate internal stakeholder groups, such as our global network of 42 local ESG captains, and oversee projects like local initiatives and global donations.
  2. You will develop a comprehensive corporate citizenship strategy to align business activities with the company's objectives.
  3. You will increase employee engagement and utilize communication channels for employees, customers, and stakeholders, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  4. Steering internal and external ESG communication is a key aspect of your role.
  5. You will develop and manage internal ESG events and employee engagement initiatives, such as our yearly impact week.
  6. You will manage the process around the introduction of an IT-based corporate volunteering platform.
  7. You will support the preparation of the annual ESG report.

About you:

  • A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is desirable.
  • You have at least 7 years of experience focusing on social concerns within a corporate environment.
  • Experience in internal and/or external communications is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
  • You possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • You can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have the ability to manage stakeholders across diverse groups.
  • You pay keen attention to detail, enjoy working with diverse teams, and are a self-starter committed to social responsibility.
