As part of Global Corporate Banking Mid-Cap, you will manage relationships with private and listed companies with revenues of $500 million and above. This group offers both traditional corporate banking and investment banking products. Our partners include specialists from Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, M&A, Treasury Services, Corporate Derivatives, and Private Banking.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for Morgan's broad range of financial products and services.
  • Manage complex, multi-product client relationships as the primary relationship manager.
  • Coordinate sales and service efforts of multiple internal partners, including industry and product specialists from Investment Banking.
  • Market proactively to clients and prospects; represent GCB Mid-Cap European Banking Group in local banking and business communities; develop referral networks.
  • Collaborate with credit underwriting teams on analysis, structuring, negotiation, and documentation of credit requests.
  • Maintain strategic dialogue with clients and prospects to generate ongoing investment banking, treasury, and credit opportunities.
  • Strictly adhere to all regulatory and JPMC rules, policies, and procedures.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proven top individual contributor with a strong performance record.
  • Outstanding ability to manage and influence stakeholder relationships at all levels, especially senior management.
  • Experience in executing Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets products in leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of the German Mid Cap Market.
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter, able to work independently and in teams.
  • Ability to adapt under high pressure and challenging situations.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and client relationship capabilities.
  • Leadership qualities with proactive initiative.
  • Strong credit, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify business trends and approach business-oriented solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within strict deadlines.
  • Enthusiasm for tackling new and challenging tasks in a dynamic environment.
