Job Description:

As part of the international PB KYC team, you will be contributing to building enhanced KYC and client onboarding processes within the PB division globally. While upholding Deutsche Bank’s risk standards, considering new regulatory requirements and process efficiency, you will focus on delivering a strong client experience within the KYC and client onboarding process. As part of this, you will be in constant exchange with relevant stakeholders in PB business, AFC, Legal, and also cross-divisional to define standards, share best practices, and broaden the organizational knowledge base.

Your key responsibilities

  • You coordinate CTB projects in AML/KYC domain at a global level to review and support the Target Operating Model.
  • You steer and support policy working groups to clarify regulatory requirements within the regions supported and tie these changes to training, technology, and MI pillars for standardization and continuous enhancement.
  • You interact with senior stakeholders across several locations to drive change management requests and complex process design tasks/adjustments.
  • You coordinate with several stakeholders within an international environment, not limited to: Coverage teams, AFC and QA, Global KYC teams (policy, process, management), Audit, etc. to ensure that KYC processes are running with the necessary quality.
  • You deliver Key Performance Metrics to Senior management, translate outputs into deliverables and actions, and ensure that the actions are followed through and measured.
  • You guide and advise in terms of policy/process queries.
  • You develop training plans, design the knowledge base, and perform SME trainings.
  • You manage teams/working groups with dedicated target deliverables.

Your skills and experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Client On-boarding processes/KYC review and/or AML related positions (preferably in a Private Bank).
  • Proven track record in handling teams and the ability to deliver under high pressure.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, initiative-driven and proactive approach, prioritizes multiple tasks, and meets strict deadlines.
  • Experience in documenting processes to comply with the regulatory guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with an open-minded approach and the ability to share information with stakeholders and team members.
  • Excellent command of English.
