Job Description

Description: As part of the international PB KYC team, you will contribute to building enhanced KYC and client onboarding processes within the PB division globally. Your focus will be on delivering a strong client experience while upholding Deutsche Bank’s risk standards, considering new regulatory requirements, and improving process efficiency. You will regularly collaborate with stakeholders across PB business, AFC, Legal, and cross-divisional teams to define standards, share best practices, and expand organizational knowledge.

Your key responsibilities

  • Coordinate CTB projects in AML/KYC at a global level to review and support the Target Operating Model.
  • Support policy working groups to clarify regulatory requirements and align changes with training, technology, and MI pillars for standardization and enhancement.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across locations to manage change requests and complex process design tasks.
  • Coordinate with international stakeholders including Coverage teams, AFC, QA, Global KYC teams, and Audit to ensure quality in KYC processes.
  • Deliver Key Performance Metrics to senior management, translate outputs into actions, and ensure follow-through.
  • Provide guidance on policy and process queries.
  • Develop training plans, design knowledge bases, and conduct SME trainings.
  • Manage teams and working groups to meet targeted deliverables.

Your skills and experience

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Client Onboarding, KYC review, or AML-related roles, preferably in Private Banking.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Independent and team-oriented work approach, proactive, with excellent prioritization skills.
  • Experience in documenting processes compliant with regulatory guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and stakeholder engagement ability.
  • Fluent in English.
