As the Global Claims Practice Leader, you will work closely with teams in Energy Transition, GCUO, Underwriting, and other Practice Leaders, focusing on complex claims analysis and portfolio trends.
You will be part of the Claims Practice Community, sharing insights across products and geographies, and collaborating with stakeholders including local Underwriting Managers, Actuarial teams, and Claims Management.
Your responsibilities include monitoring large and complex claims in Energy Transition, providing technical expertise, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, and leading an Energy Transition Claims community. You will also build an external network of Experts and assess high-severity claims across jurisdictions.
The role involves strategic collaboration with various stakeholders for claims analysis, development of lessons learned, and data sharing.
You should have significant claims experience in Energy Transition sectors, knowledge of multi-jurisdictional insurance law, market dynamics, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English, with additional European languages desirable.
