The Role: Global CFO

The Package: €250,000 - €350,000 plus bonus and equity

A private equity-backed global multinational service platform is seeking an experienced and strategically driven Group CFO to join its executive team at a pivotal stage of value creation. The business has operating revenues of approximately €300m and is poised for significant international growth through an active buy-and-build strategy.

This is a hands-on, board-level role for a CFO who can navigate complexity, drive performance, and partner with investors to accelerate value and achieve a successful exit.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Act as the CEO’s right hand and the Board’s trusted advisor on growth strategy, capital deployment, and value creation. Collaborate closely with private equity sponsors to enhance performance and prepare for exit.
2. Finance Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing, international finance team covering FP&A, reporting, treasury, tax, and controls. Foster a data-driven culture, improve KPI visibility, and elevate reporting standards to investor-grade quality. Convert insights into actionable commercial strategies.
3. M&A / PMI: Oversee the financial aspects of the group’s aggressive M&A plan—from valuation and due diligence to integration, synergy extraction, and post-deal optimization. Utilize rigorous modeling, scenario planning, and strategic foresight for every transaction.
4. Exit Preparation: Lead efforts to prepare the business for liquidity events. Manage financial due diligence, coordinate with advisors, and ensure operational and financial readiness for maximum value realization.
