This unique combination blends XTI’s TriFan 600 vertical-lift crossover aircraft development with Inpixon’s industry-leading Indoor Intelligence real-time location systems. We’re now seeking a seasoned Channel Sales / Partner Manager to join our RTLS business unit—designing and executing a global VAR onboarding strategy, enabling partners with training and incentives, and driving joint-business plans to accelerate market adoption worldwide.

Role Overview

To support our next phase of global growth, Inpixon is seeking an experienced Channel Sales & Partner Manager to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our Value-Added Reseller (VAR) network. You’ll be the bridge between our product, sales, and partner ecosystems—identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and enabling high-potential resellers to scale revenue worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Identify and qualify new VARs across key geographies (Americas, EMEA, APAC).
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process: legal, technical training, pricing approvals, and marketing enablement.
  • Develop and deliver certification programs, sales playbooks, and deal with registration processes.
  • Drive quarterly business reviews (QBRs), joint business plans, and co-marketing campaigns to accelerate partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Program Management & Optimization
  • Define and manage partner tiers, incentives, and performance KPIs (, partner-sourced bookings, deal velocity, certified engineers).
  • Continuously refine partner portal resources, onboarding tooling, and enablement content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure partners are technically and commercially equipped.
  • Provide voice-of-partner feedback to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and integration priorities.
  • Travel & Representation
  • Represent Inpixon at industry events, trade shows, and partner summits (travel up to 40%).

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience & Expertise
  • 10+ years in channel sales or partner management, ideally in high-tech / IoT / enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling VAR networks on a global basis.
  • Solid understanding with SaaS models
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and business planning capabilities.
  • Excellent presentation and training skills; able to deliver technical and commercial content to diverse audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools (, Hubspot) and partner-portal platforms.
  • Experience building up Partner programs
