Jobbeschreibung

Create, coordinate, and deliver channel marketing initiatives, projects, and campaigns consistent with brand strategy and strategic goals of the business across the agreed and focus segments, e.g., Automotive.

Maintain and promote the FUCHS corporate image and brand positioning through focus channels.

Collaborate with market segment managers and networks to gather product and channel insights to create messages and relevant content for different channels.

Prepare, initiate, and maintain channel marketing strategies, including campaigns, global templates, content for web pages, trade shows, PR, etc.

Assist in developing and coordinating channel advertising/brand campaigns and managing media buyers and communication suppliers.

Ensure the latest approved marketing materials are communicated throughout the organization.

Recommend participation of FUCHS at relevant functions/events to increase company profile and positioning in the market segment.

Monitor external factors affecting the business and adopt new ideas to respond to changes.

Qualifications we are looking for:
  • Completed Master’s Degree in marketing, communication, or related field.
  • Experience in Channel Marketing, Sales Marketing, or similar at regional or global level in the Automotive sector.
  • Experience marketing products or services requiring explanation.
  • Experience in project management and working with suppliers and agencies.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing mix and digital media knowledge.
  • Strategic thinking to identify long-term opportunities and trends.
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work cross-functionally in matrix organizations.
  • Fluent in English and German.
