Die Position erfordert mehr als fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Business Controlling und einen Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Bereich. Ein modernes BI-System sowie hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind notwendig. Die Position bietet hohe Autonomie und arbeitet direkt mit dem Vorstand.

Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Business Controlling in einem B2B-Umfeld.

• Gutes Verständnis für Produkt-/Komponenten-Geschäfte.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung und Herausforderung von Managemententscheidungen mit zukunftsgerichteten Analysen.
• Analyse von Kostenstrukturen und Empfehlung von Verbesserungen.
• Vorbereitung und Verwaltung der Jahresbudgets für die Division.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Empowering global business through financial expertise
• Responsible Business Controller for a division with strong growth ambitions
• Act as a trusted sparring partner for management, providing insights to improve business strategies
• Support and challenge management decisions with forward-looking analysis rather than just historical data
• Analyze cost structures and recommend improvements
• Product portfolio controlling as well as Go-To-Market and sales controlling
• Support the preparation and management of the annual budgets for the division
• Provide clear KPIs and actionable recommendations for sustainable growth and improved profitability

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in business controlling in a B2B environment
• Experience in an industrial company (HW and/or SW)
• Good understanding of product/component businesses
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the courage to challenge ideas constructively
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with management and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in modern BI and financial tools
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach with a passion for driving change
