Your Tasks
  1. Development and maintenance of Business Intelligence on a global scale. As a strategic partner to our global commercial teams, you will:
  2. Build and maintain a robust global Business Intelligence framework.
  3. Understand market dynamics, trends, customer behaviors, and the competitive landscape, including existing and emerging players, their strategies, tactics, and ambitions. Understand stakeholder motivations across HCPs, pharmacists, wholesalers, and other key actors in the pharmaceutical environment.
  4. Lead and execute qualitative and quantitative market research initiatives.
  5. Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to guide decision-making across the organization.
  6. Define BI requirements and implement advanced dashboards and analytic tools to support commercial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  7. Measure the effectiveness of strategies across global and local teams by defining and tracking meaningful, purpose-driven KPIs aligned with commercial goals.
  8. Enable commercial scenario modeling and identify growth potential in collaboration with Global Brand Managers.
Your Qualifications
  1. Education: A Business or Science background and a Bachelor's degree are required. An MBA, PhD, or other advanced degree is preferred.
  2. Leadership Experience: Leadership experience in cross-functional, international "above-country" teams is highly beneficial. At least 5+ years in Business Analytics, Market Research, or Commercial Operations within ethical, innovative pharmaceuticals. Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
  3. Skills & Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Business Analytics tools, including MS-Excel, with Power BI experience as a plus. Proven track record in managing support agencies. Solid understanding of Brand Management, Market Access, Finance, and Sales functions at local and global levels.
  4. Competencies & Personal Traits: Strategic thinking, strong communication and presentation skills, self-driven, proactive, result-oriented, excellent project management and interpersonal skills, passion for meaningful results.
  5. Language Capabilities: Fluency in English required; fluency in German highly beneficial.
