Your tasks:
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Recording and reviewing incoming invoices to ensure accurate bookings
- Processing payment runs and monitoring incoming and outgoing payments
- Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, including account reconciliations
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance accounting procedures
- Creating and updating work instructions
What you bring:
- Several years of professional experience in accounting or finance
- Successfully completed commercial training, a degree, or a comparable qualification
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- English proficiency at C1 level
- German language skills are advantageous but not mandatory
